You will own the rolling 2-week schedule, drive safety leadership, mentor supervisors, and ensure alignment with production plans. The role offers an 8/6 roster (BIBO from Cloncurry/Mt Isa) or FIFO from Townsville/Brisbane with on-site accommodation and benefits.
