In this role, you'll work on large-scale, mission-critical software used by organisations across Australia and beyond. You don't need HR experience – what matters is your ability to build reliable, well-designed applications in C# and React. You'll join a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and practical problem-solving, where you can make a meaningful impact on a product used by thousands.

Responsibilities

- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code that is robust, scalable, and testable.

/n

- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and implement new content capabilities and features.

/n

- Deliver intuitive solutions to complex challenges, ensuring a seamless user experience.

/n

- Integrate security protocols and devices to enhance the safety of our SaaS platform.

/n

- Stay ahead of industry trends by engaging with developers and architects to explore new technologies.

/n

- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering skill development and growth.

/n

- Build a deep, hands‐on understanding of Technology One products, becoming an expert in functionality, design, and architecture.

- Apply best practices in software quality, including test automation, to meet performance and reliability goals.

- A genuine passion for C# development and agile ways of working, with the curiosity to take on new challenges.

Qualifications

/n

/n

- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write efficient queries, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimise database operations to support scalable, high‐performing applications.

/n

- 3 to 4 years of proven experience working in software development.

/n

- A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

/n

- The ability to thrive working both independently and as part of a team.

/n

- Confidence using tools like Git, Rider, JIRA, and Confluence.
