The role will involve:

- Working in a 90+ cover classic Bar & Grill serving lunch & dinner 5 days a week

- Exceeding customer expectations by anticipating their needs and delivering a warm, outstanding and consistent service
- Building and maintaining a world class cocktail list with access to some of the world's best spirits

We're looking for a Bartender who:

- Has solid organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Has knowledge and passion for classic cocktails
- Enjoys working independently or as part of small diverse team
- Has previous experience working in busy cocktail bar or hotel bar and who understands what's involved in a beverage operation at this level
- Can actively listen and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
