About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will play a key role in both the successful launch and ongoing operations of the Beveridge Central centre:
- Lead pre-opening setup and readiness activities
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team from day one
- Drive enrolments and occupancy growth
- Establish a positive, values-driven centre culture
- Oversee day-to-day operations post-opening
- Partner closely with the Head of Curriculum and leadership team
Key Responsibilities
- Manage centre setup, opening and daily operations
- Recruit, onboard and develop a team of passionate educators
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community
- Ensure compliance with Regulations and National Quality Standards
- Lead continuous improvement and drive quality outcomes
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
About You
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role
- Experience opening a new service (highly regarded)
- Strong leadership, operational and organisational capability
- Sound knowledge of Children's Services Regulations & NQS
- Proven ability to build, mentor and retain teams
- Confident driving occupancy and community engagement
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check
