What the role?

- Grow your portfolio by connecting with businesses in your community

- Originate and manage lending opportunities, delivering seamless transactions
- Partner with internal specialists and referral networks to provide tailored solutions
- Support first-party, new-to-bank deals across Victoria

What do I need?

- Experience in Business Banking lending
- Ambition, confidence, and exceptional people skills
- Ability to build networks and manage conversations with ease
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and account management
- Experience managing B2B partnerships
- Passion and drive to make a real impact on local businesses
