As a Registered Nurse, you'll work closely with patients, their families, and a supportive multidisciplinary team to create and deliver care plans that promote positive health outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing compassionate, person-centred care within your role. Your day to day will include assessing, planning, and evaluating care, while mentoring and supporting newer team members.
