An opportunity has arisen for a Contract Administrator to join the team and work on an exciting institutional new-build project, supporting an experienced Project Manager throughout the full project lifecycle.
The Role: Working closely with the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing procurement and subcontractor packages.
- Preparing and issuing subcontract agreements.
- Cost reporting and contract administration.
- Processing RFIs, variations and project documentation.
- Assisting with programme management and procurement.
- Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Supporting the successful delivery of projects from commencement through to completion.
About You e:
- Experience as a Contract Administrator with a commercial head contractor.
- Exposure to commercial, government, education or institutional projects.
- Robust commercial acumen and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A construction-related degree or equivalent qualification.
