About the Role

You will be working as a Food and Beverage Attendant with a focus on barista tasks. You will contribute to and assist the team with the efficient running of the department according to the established brand standards of Hyatt International, providing courteous, professional, efficient and adaptable service at all times when setting and serving food & beverages to guests, in order to maximise guest satisfaction.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Attend breakfast, lunch,



and dinner brief with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service
- To be fully conversant with all services, offers, promotions and facilities offered by the hotel
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation
- Attend all training where required
- To be charismatic and make conversation easily and with an array of people

A successful candidate will have:

- Barista experience - Latte Art
- A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- The ability to create a positive first impression
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

Qualifications

- Previous Barista experience

- A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills

- Superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team

- The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of 5 star grooming standards

- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
