The Role
Working within a collaborative Commercial Credit team, you'll assess and manage a diverse range of lending transactions across business lending and commercial asset finance.

No two days are the same. You'll partner closely with brokers and internal stakeholders to structure deals, analyse risk and support lending decisions in a business that values commercial judgement over unnecessary bureaucracy.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assessing commercial lending applications across a diverse customer base
- Analysing financial statements, cash flow and security positions
- Preparing clear, well-reasoned credit recommendations




- Working closely with brokers and internal stakeholders to progress transactions efficiently
- Managing a busy pipeline while maintaining strong credit quality and customer outcomes

About You
You'll bring experience from commercial lending, asset finance, business banking or credit analysis, together with the curiosity to look beyond standard policy and understand the commercial story behind each transaction.
We're interested in people who enjoy thinking commercially, asking the right questions and making balanced lending decisions.

You'll likely have experience in:

- Commercial Credit Analysis
- Asset or Equipment Finance
- Business Banking
- Commercial Lending
- Credit Assessment within Financial Services
