About the role
We are currently seeking a Resourcing Advisor to join our growing team in Adelaide. You'll be joining a fun and supportive national resourcing team that are committed to achieving diversity and inclusion across our organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage high-quality candidates to support the AUKUS program, with a focus on Australian citizens eligible to obtain the required Defence security clearance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current vacancies and future project requirements across a range of disciplines.
- Partner with hiring managers and the wider resourcing team to deliver a positive recruitment experience and achieve successful hiring outcomes.
About you
- 2-5 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition,
with experience managing multiple vacancies across white-collar roles.
- Experience recruiting within the construction, engineering, infrastructure or defence sectors is highly regarded.
- Confident using applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- A team player with a passion for delivering a positive candidate experience and high-quality recruitment outcomes.
