About the role:

- Conduct regulatory litigation across NCAT and the NSW courts.
- Draft court documents, submissions, advices and correspondence.
- Investigate allegations of unqualified legal practice.
- Gather evidence, prepare witnesses and brief counsel where required.
- Work closely with internal regulatory, investigations and professional standards teams.

The ideal candidate:

- Must have 4-6 years' PQE with a current practicing certificate
- Experience in litigation, regulatory enforcement, professional discipline, investigations or a comparable disputes practice
- Sound judgment and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple matters
- A clear understanding of procedural fairness,



professional obligations and model litigant standards
- The ability to communicate persuasively, objectively and professionally.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a cooperative working style.
