With a strong track record on projects up to $60m across Victoria and New South Wales, this builder is now seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead one of Melbourne's most exciting projects.

The Project
This is a rare opportunity to help transform a heritage-listed CBD landmark into a vibrant, five-storey commercial destination, featuring a nightclub, multiple bars, restaurants, and a rooftop venue. With over 5 years of secured work ahead, this role offers genuine long-term career stability with a builder at the top of their game.

The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, driving the project forward on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate trades, direct labour, and materials in office
- Act as the key liaison between engineers, architects,



and senior management
- Proactively resolve on-site issues while upholding rigorous Health & Safety standards
- Drive quality, program, and budget outcomes across all stages of delivery

About You

- 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager with a principal contractor, delivering large-scale fit-outs and refurbishments
- High-end hospitality fit-out experience highly regarded
- Track record managing projects valued at $10m+
- Deep expertise in commercial fit-out and refurbishment delivery
- Tertiary qualification in construction or a related field
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- A collaborative approach to working with stakeholders at every level
