About the Role:

Hoppy's Carwash is currently seeking highly motivated Assistant Site Managers to join our team at various locations across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will have shared responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, leading a team of casual staff members and focusing on delivering outstanding customer outcomes. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest service standards and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Assist in the management of, and oversee a team of casual staff members, including rostering, performance management, and coaching to ensure the team delivers excellent service.

Service Excellence: Ensure both the speed and quality of the wash service meet company standards, consistently delivering a premium experience for all customers.

KPI Management: Track, manage, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)



to ensure site targets are consistently met, including sales, service time, and customer satisfaction.

Customer Relations: Proactively respond to customer feedback, address complaints, and manage expectations to ensure a positive customer experience.

Collaboration: Interface with senior managers to share insights, implement improvements, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.

Skills and Experience:

Industry Experience: Previous experience in the automotive or car detailing industry will be highly regarded.
