Welcome to LaManna, where flavours, quality, and genuine care come together in everything we make.

Our wholesale business is growing fast, and our production floor is the engine behind that growth. Every order, every pallet, every delivery depends on a schedule that works, day in, day out.

We're looking for a Production Scheduling Manager who's as comfortable balancing a production plan as they are working the floor to make it happen. If you get real satisfaction from a schedule that just works, this could be your next role.

- Develop, publish and maintain the master production schedule across all departments
- Convert forecast and confirmed orders into daily and weekly production plans
- Manage the schedule dynamically around demand changes, supply shortages, and downtime
- Coordinate with procurement, warehousing and dispatch to keep material and packaging on track
- Establish and maintain production standards, including batch times, labour hours, run rates and yields
- Maintain accuracy of production master data in the ERP system (BOMs, recipes, routings, costs)
- Analyse actual versus standard performance and lead corrective action on variances
- Identify capacity constraints and lead continuous improvement initiatives

- Work closely with our Wholesale and Business Development team to align capacity with demand
- Chair the daily production meeting and lead weekly planning reviews
- Support department managers and production leads day-to-day

About You

- Tertiary qualification in supply chain, operations, engineering or food technology (or equivalent experience)

- Familiarity with food safety systems (HACCP) desirable
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging both the production floor and senior management
- Self-directed, with a bias for action and improvement
