Duties
Working alongside a dedicated family law team, you will handle all aspects of family law matters, for example.:-

- Complex Property & Parenting Matters
- Financial Agreements
- Spousal Maintenance Applications
- Same Sex and LGBTIQA+ Family Law Matters
- Divorce Applications
- International Family Law

Skills & experience
The ideal candidate will have be a talented & passionate senior level Family Lawyer (eg. currently at Partner or Special Counsel level)



with proven 'runs on the board' and the following attributes:

- a solid background in Family Law within a recognised family law practice;
- LIV Accredited Family Law Specialisation ideal (not essential)
- able to 'hit the ground running' and be a willing mentor;
- a commercial mindset with a passion to further grow the family law practice;
- the ability to work autonomously and contribute your knowledge & expertise;
- strong communication skills and 'client service' focus.
