About the Role

Skyline Hire is seeking an experienced WHS Advisor to support protected, compliant and practical work practices across crane operations, rigging activities, yard operations, mobilisation and site-based works. This is a hands-on safety role suited to someone who understands high-risk work environments and can work closely with operators, riggers, supervisors, clients and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide practical WHS support across crane, rigging, transport, yard and site operations

- Conduct site inspections, workplace audits, safety observations and compliance checks

- Assist with incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions and close-outs

- Review and maintain SWMS, JHAs, risk assessments, lift documentation and safety procedures

- Support mobilisation requirements for workers, plant, equipment and subcontractors

- Monitor compliance with company safety systems, client requirements and WHS legislation

- Assist with pre-starts, toolbox talks, safety meetings and worker consultation

- Maintain WHS records, registers, training records and compliance documentation

- Promote a positive, proactive and accountable safety culture across the business

Skills and Experience





- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent experience

- Previous WHS experience in crane, construction, mining, shutdown, heavy industry or site-based operations

- Strong understanding of high-risk work activities

- Ability to review SWMS, risk assessments and safety documentation

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Current Australian driver's licence

- Ability to pass site medical, drug and alcohol screening and client mobilisation requirements

Desirable

- ICAM or incident investigation training

- Experience with crane, lifting or rigging operations

- First Aid qualification

- Working at Heights / Confined Space awareness

- Previous Pilbara or remote WA experience
