About the Role

Skyline Hire is seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to manage workers, plant, equipment and subcontractor mobilisation requirements across projects and sites within the Pilbara. This role is critical to ensuring crews are compliant, site-ready and mobilised on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate mobilisation requirements for employees, subcontractors, plant and equipment

- Manage site access, inductions, VOCs, medicals, licences and training documentation

- Liaise with clients, site teams, supervisors and operations regarding mobilisation status

- Maintain mobilisation trackers, registers and compliance records

- Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics as required

- Monitor expiry dates for licences, tickets, inductions and site access requirements

- Support onboarding and demobilisation processes

- Escalate mobilisation delays, missing documentation and compliance risks

- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and project teams

Skills and Experience

- Previous mobilisation experience in mining, construction, shutdown, crane, transport or industrial operations





- Strong understanding of site access, compliance and onboarding requirements

- Excellent organisation, follow-up and attention to detail

- Robust computer skills and experience using mobilisation or compliance systems

- Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities

- Clear communication skills and a practical approach

- Ability to meet site access and mobilisation requirements

Desirable

- Previous Pilbara or FIFO mobilisation experience

- Experience coordinating high-risk work crews, crane crews or shutdown personnel

- Exposure to client portals and compliance systems
