About the Role

As Business Manager, you will work closely with our Sales Team to deliver tailored finance, insurance and aftercare solutions to customers while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Presenting and selling a range of finance, insurance and aftercare products

- Arranging vehicle finance and lending solutions through our panel of lenders

- Preparing and processing finance and leasing applications

- Completing finance contracts and associated documentation

- Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and lender requirements

- Building strong relationships with customers, lenders and key stakeholders

- Maximising finance penetration and aftercare product performance

- Supporting the sales team to achieve dealership targets

About You

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and achieving strong results. You will have a solid background in finance, lending, insurance, or a similar customer-focused role, and be confident in presenting solutions that meet customers' needs.

You are a solid communicator who builds rapport easily, thrives in a fast-paced environment,



and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. With excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a professional approach, you will be able to manage documentation and compliance requirements with accuracy and efficiency.

Previous experience in banking, lending, financial services, or automotive finance will be highly regarded. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with the drive, professionalism, and ability to build lasting relationships while consistently achieving results.
