Elite Staffing is currently recruiting experienced Process Workers and Production Cleaners for multiple food manufacturing and pharmaceutical sites across North Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities Process Workers
- Production line work and product handling
- Packing, labelling, inspection, and quality checking
- Machine operation and monitoring
- Following GMP, food safety, and quality procedures
- Maintaining clean and organised work areas
- Meeting daily production targets in fast-paced environments

Production Cleaners
- Industrial cleaning within manufacturing facilities
- Cleaning production equipment and machinery
- Completing machine washdowns and sanitation duties
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards
- Working with chemicals and cleaning equipment safely
- Supporting shutdown and end-of-shift cleaning processes

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in food processing,



pharmaceutical manufacturing, industrial cleaning, or similar environments highly regarded
- Reliable transport and valid driver’s licence essential
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive work and standing for long periods
- Ability to work in rapid-paced production environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexible and reliable with shift availability and overtime
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
