Cranfield Group has recently partnered with a major civil contractor based in Southern Brisbane and, due to a significant pipeline of secured projects, we're looking to expand their team with experienced civil operators and labourers.

With projects already underway across Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, the Gold Coast, plus a major Pimpama project kicking off at the end of September, now is the perfect time to secure your next long-term chance.

We're currently seeking:

- 20T–40T Excavator Operators
- D6 Dozer Operators (Trimble GPS experience highly regarded)
- Grader Operators
- Posi Track Operators
- Water Truck Drivers
- Experienced Civil Labourers

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience operating heavy civil machinery
- Current licence to operate machinery, white card and Full PPE
- Experience operating up to 40-tonne excavators
- Experience operating D6 dozers with Trimble GPS systems
- HR Licence (highly regarded)
- Previous experience working on civil construction projects
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship




- Reliable transport as their can be some travel from time to time however most sites once inducted will be ongoing for the duration of the project

What's on offer:

✅ Rates starting from $45+ per hour for experienced operators
✅ Daily Travel, Super, Flat rate and OT roles, pending on site location/job
✅ Higher rates available for multi-skilled operators
✅ 12–18 month projects with long-term security

✅ Future opportunities for away work, including a major upcoming project in Cairns
