This opportunity involves managing a premium portfolio of approximately 170 properties with a high end agency, offering high-quality support to landlords and tenants. The properties are well-maintained, ensuring a streamlined and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of approximately 170 properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and lease renewals
- Manage outgoings across the portfolio
- Ensure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service

THE PERSON
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management.
- Solid communication skills and ability to thrive in a professional environment.
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Passion for real estate, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
