Non Contact Educational Leader in a beautiful cosy nature based service
Great incentives | A supportive leadership structure to set you up for success
The Prospect
Are you looking for an organisation that truly values its Educational Leaders? Do you love guiding teams on their curriculum journey and making a real difference in children's lives? Are you ready to join a high-quality early education group that will support and celebrate you as you grow? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
We're excited to announce an opening for the highly sought-after role of Educational Leader at our beautiful Morayfield Sesame Lane Service.
The Role
We're looking for a kind, open minded, motivated and inspiring Educational Leader to join our dynamic, exceeding Sesame Lane team.
We deeply value our Educational Leaders and know how important it is to have dedicated time — time with educators as they program, time on the floor supporting and guiding, time for your own work, and time to grow as a leader and mentor. This role forms part of the service's Leadership Team, and you'll work closely with the Service Manager to achieve exceptional learning outcomes for both children and educators. You'll also be supported by a dedicated Pedagogical Leader and Area Manager.
At our Morayfield service we value our environments providing a home away from home feeling with care and attention throughout the day as part of our commitment to slow pedagogy and learning in nature.
What the children are excited to find in an Educational Leader:
- Someone to walk alongside them and explore at Bush Kindy,
- Someone who will be constantly curious,
- Someone who is creative and will PLAY!
Be who you are. Love what you do.
If you're good at what you do, you can work anywhere. If you're the best at what you do, you belong at Sesame Lane. We are one team with one dream — to make a positive difference in people's lives (and have a lot of fun along the way!).
When you join us, you become part of something bigger. You'll be inspired, you'll learn, and you'll grow.
It's more than a job — it's about showing up and making a difference every single day. Are you ready?
