Harrison Barratt Group is partnering with a well-regarded Sydney-based builder specialising in high-end, multi-residential construction at the premium end of the market. The business is in a genuine growth phase, with a strong pipeline across Sydney and an expansion into South East Queensland, and is now looking to add a Project Manager to the team.
Based out of the Sydney office, this role works predominantly across the company's Queensland (Gold Coast) projects to begin with, alongside Sydney work as the pipeline grows. The projects are high-luxury apartment builds valued at $20 million and above. This is a hands-on PM role with a robust commercial and contract administration element, so it suits a project manager who likes to own the full picture, from writing scopes through to delivery, rather than sitting purely on site.

The role
Working closely with the directors and site teams, the successful candidate will:

- Take ownership of project delivery across two to three concurrent luxury apartment builds
- Prepare scopes of work, let trade packages and write and manage project programs
- Engage, negotiate with and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Drive procurement, contract administration and commercial control
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and engineers
- Manage program, budget,



quality and delivery through to completion

About you

- Experience as a Project Manager (or a strong step up) with a builder or head contractor
- Comfortable owning both the commercial/CA side and the delivery side of a project
- Confident writing scopes and programs and running subcontractor negotiations
- Experience in multi-residential or apartment construction well regarded (Class 2 a genuine advantage)
- Happy working from the Sydney office with travel to Queensland sites as required
- A switched-on communicator who can own their patch and work closely with the directors
