Senior Marketing Analytics Analyst

ANZ & JAPAC Enterprise Marketing

12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | $275,000 + Super | Sydney (Hybrid)

Salt has partnered with a global SaaS leader to recruit a Senior Marketing Analytics Analyst into its Enterprise Marketing Insights team. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of marketing, revenue and executive decision-making within one of the world's leading technology organisations.

Working closely with senior leaders across ANZ and JAPAC, you'll be the trusted analytical partner responsible for transforming complex performance data into strategic recommendations that shape investment decisions, pipeline growth and business outcomes. This is not a reporting role. You'll be expected to develop an independent point of view, challenge assumptions, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and influence decisions that impact one of the organisation's most important regions.

What You'll Be Doing

- Partner with senior marketing leaders across ANZ and JAPAC to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Analyse marketing, campaign and event performance, connecting activity to pipeline creation, progression and business impact.
- Support quarterly planning, target setting, business reviews and performance discussions.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify opportunities, risks and growth drivers.
- Develop decision-ready narratives from complex and often conflicting data sources.
- Build AI-enabled workflows that automate reporting and accelerate insight generation.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to drive best-practice measurement and analytics.

About You

- 8+ years' experience in marketing analytics, revenue analytics, commercial analytics or strategic business partnering.
- Background in technology, SaaS, consulting or complex B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of marketing performance measurement, funnel analytics, ABM,



campaigns and pipeline attribution.
- Proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven insights.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with senior leaders.
- Comfortable simplifying ambiguity and translating data into commercial recommendations.
- Strong technical capability across tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, Databricks, Excel, Marketo or similar platforms.
- Experience using AI to automate analysis, reporting or insight generation is highly regarded.
