We are seeking a Project Coordinator | Junior Contract Administrator, with some prior experience in residential construction. This opportunity would suit a recent graduate or cadet. The builder is offering the prospect to work on a diverse range of projects across greater Sydney.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

What you'll be doing:

- Coordinate and maintain project documentation, including drawings and correspondence
- Assist with the preparation and submission of project reports, site safety paperwork, and other documentation
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to provide timely updates and resolve any issues.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team as required. You will also be required to assist with some estimating.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and databases

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar project administration or coordination role,



preferably within the residential construction / home builder industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Outlook
- Familiarity with construction-specific software and project management tools would be an advantage
- A positive, proactive attitude. You must be willing to learn!
