Milestone IT is partnering with a market-leading national retail brand to engage an elite SAP ABAP Developer. You will join a dedicated project team currently driving a major SAP Upgrade program, playing a central role in delivering high-volume, mission-critical technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Development: Design, build, and unit-test custom ABAP objects, complex interfaces, enhancements, and reports tailored to retail operations.
- Upgrade Execution: Perform object analysis, code remediation, performance tuning, and resolution of custom code issues arising during the SAP Upgrade process.
- System Optimization: Analyze existing ABAP codebases to identify performance bottlenecks and execute effective optimization strategies.
- Integration & Support: Collaborate closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and testing teams to ensure seamless system integration and end-to-end delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous code standards, ensure comprehensive technical documentation,



and lead defect resolution across the project lifecycle.

Who You Are

- 5+ Years Experience: Proven track record as a Senior SAP ABAP Developer in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Upgrade Specialist: Hands-on experience delivering custom code remediation and development within SAP Upgrade initiatives.
- Retail Context: Familiarity with core retail modules (SD, MM, FI) and high-volume transaction processing is advantageous.
- Agile & Driven: Thrives in rapid-paced, milestone-driven environments with tight delivery schedules.
- Immediate Availability: Able to commence immediately following a streamlined single-round interview process.
