Projects typically include Commercial New Builds, Refurbishments and Fitout of projects across greater QLD & NSW.

We are looking for a Estimator with Commercial project experience.

- Office is located in Brisbane South.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the project managers in reviewing project scopes and maintaining budget guidelines.
- Report to Operations Manager / Estimating Manager.
- Attend project sites and interpret scope of works.




- Build recent relationships and utilise your existing relationships with sub contractors & suppliers.
- Create pricing schedules and BOQ's.
- Produce & Maintain accurate project records and reports.

Experience and qualifications:

- Relevant qualifications.
- Can demonstrate clear communication
- Have experience in preparing comprehensive cost estimates in commercial construction.
- Have experience in tender submission; start to finish.
- Australian working rights.

Salary Range: $100K - $130K + super
