APG Workforce is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator to join a busy flower production facility located in High Wycombe.

This is a casual position with ongoing work available for the right candidate.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position where you'll spend approximately 70% of your time assisting with warehouse and production duties, while operating a forklift to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating a forklift for loading, unloading, and receiving deliveries.
- Organising and storing stock within pallet racking.
- Supplying products and materials to the production team.
- Pick packing and preparing outbound orders.
- Refilling and emptying floral buckets.
- Processing incoming deliveries.
- Operating pallet jacks as required.
- Sorting flowers and related products.
- General warehouse housekeeping.




- Collecting and disposing of rubbish to maintain a clean work environment.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current High Risk Forklift (LF) Licence.
- Previous forklift and warehouse experience.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to assist with manual tasks.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- A commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Reliable transport to High Wycombe.
