The Opportunity
You've spent the last year or two learning how campaigns are actually built, briefed, and billed. You're ready to own more of that process, not just tick boxes on someone else's checklist.
This is a full-service media agency running traditional and digital campaigns for a broad portfolio of retail, finance and lifestyle brands. Senior leadership sits close to the account teams, so decisions move fast and clients get direct access. Campaigns run across Traditional and digital under one roof, giving coordinators the cross-channel exposure a single-channel shop can't offer.
What You Will Be Doing

- Book media placements, confirm supplier bookings, gather assets and confirm budgets, audiences and tracking ahead of every launch.
- Prepare clear internal briefs for creative, production and specialist teams based on client strategy discussions with your Account Manager and the digital team.
- Build campaign schedules from brief through to launch, tracking deliverables and coordinating sign off across teams.
Tracking, Reporting and Financial Accuracy
- Monitor campaign delivery, spend and pacing daily, flagging issues to your Account Manager before they become problems.
- Quality check every campaign before launch, covering creative specs, tracking links,
naming conventions and platform set up.
- Prepare campaign measurement reports and support the end of month billing process, raising purchase orders and reconciling media spend.
Planning and Market Insight
- Support the planning process by updating media plans and researching competitor and market activity.
- Maintain a transparent record of plan changes and campaign amendments as they happen.
- Build relationships with media partners and attend regular internal sessions to build your knowledge across the wider media landscape.
Growth and Mentoring
- Work closely with your Account Manager to sharpen your planning and presentation skills.
- Begin mentoring the Account Coordinator as your confidence and experience build.
- Support timeline and asset management across campaigns, checking brand guidelines and approvals are in place before assets go out.
