Registered Nurse - ED/Acute/Aged Care- Incentives Offered

Remuneration: $81,748.17 - $114,771.98 per annum, pro rata (+ super + 17.5% leave loading where applicable)

About the Opportunity

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide patient-centred care by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in partnership with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve the best possible health outcomes. You will work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment, delivering safe, evidence-based care while demonstrating accountability, professionalism, respect and a commitment to quality and patient safety.

Your responsibility’s will include:

- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individual care plans.
- Collaborate with patients, carers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve safe and effective health outcomes.
- Monitor patient conditions, respond appropriately to clinical changes and ensure accurate documentation of care.
- Support patient education and discharge planning to promote informed decision-making and continuity of care.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, patient safety activities and evidence-based nursing practice.

About You

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:





- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse .
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and respond flexibly to changing clinical priorities.
- A commitment to patient-centred care, cultural safety, and continuous professional development.
