Due to continued growth, our they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team, overseeing projects across Geelong

What you will be doing:

- Oversee multiple jobs concurrently, on various sites
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality, safety, and workmanship across all sites
- Build strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety,



and Environmental (HSE) standards
- Monitor project progress, site presentation, and defect management to deliver outstanding outcomes

What you'll bring:

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within construction
- Trade background in carpentry or a related construction discipline (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and programme
- Stable employment history with strong residential construction experience
- Current Australian motor vehicle licence
