Roll Form Manager | Full-Time Permanent Opportunity

Are you an experienced Roll Form Operator or Team Leader ready to take the next step in your career? Our client is looking for a hands-on Roll Form Manager to lead a small team, drive continuous improvement, and oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy roll forming department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business where you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact while working Monday to Friday with an early finish every Friday.

- Full-time permanent position

- Salary of $90,000 - $100,000 + Super

- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm

- Friday: 7:30am - 2:00pm (early finish every week)

- Lead a close-knit team of 2 employees

About the Role

As the Roll Form Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the roll forming department, ensuring production targets, quality standards and KPIs are achieved while supporting and developing your team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the day-to-day roll forming operations

- Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of 2 employees

- Preparing periodic production reports





- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency

- Conducting regular toolbox meetings and promoting a strong safety culture

- Monitoring team performance and driving KPI achievement

- Performing basic machine troubleshooting and coordinating routine maintenance

- Ensuring production quality and operational deadlines are consistently met

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- 5-10 years' experience within a roll forming environment

- Previous leadership, supervisory or people management experience

- Strong knowledge of roll forming machinery and manufacturing processes

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- The ability to motivate a team and lead by example

- Solid organisational and communication skills

- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on safety, quality and productivity
