The Position:
- Managing an end-to-end residential portfolio with dedicated Assistant Property Manager support
- Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships
- Managing complex tenancy matters, escalated maintenance requests and disputes
- Overseeing portfolio performance and client retention
- Conducting occasional property visits as required
- Attending QCAT hearings when necessary
- Mentoring and supporting the Assistant Property Manager
- Progressing into a Team Leader role as the portfolio and team continue to grow
Requirements:
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
- Previous Property Management experience managing your own portfolio
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to confidently manage complex conversations and tenancy issues
- Leadership potential with an interest in mentoring and developing others
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
