We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our industry-leading team at our Ravenhall dealership, supporting customers throughout their service journey. About the Role:

As the face of our Service Department, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.
Working closely with our technicians and parts team, you'll coordinate repairs, keep customers informed, and identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that enhance their ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone




- Schedule vehicle servicing and prepare repair orders
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Coordinate with technicians and internal departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Prepare invoices and service documentation accurately
- Recommend genuine parts, accessories and additional services where appropriate
- Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Maintain accurate customer records using dealership systems

You'll Bring:

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role (automotive experience highly regarded)
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Confidence using computer systems and dealership software
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- A current driver's licence
