Primary Purpose

This role is the face of a premium Collins Street building: you'll look after tenants and their visitors from the moment they walk into the lobby, build real relationships with the people who work here, and set the tone for how the building feels. It's full time parental leave cover, and we're hiring it with a view to keeping the right person on afterwards.

Snapshot of Your Day

- You'll greet tenants and visitors at the concierge desk, help with enquiries and wayfinding, manage the visitor management system, and meet and escort VIPs
- - You'll take ownership of tenant requests from the first ask through to resolution, from restaurant and transport bookings to couriers, deliveries, flowers, dry cleaning and mail
- You'll coordinate building services, liaise with building management, security and contractors until issues are closed out, and provide administrative support to the site where it's needed




- You'll keep the lobby, end-of-trip facilities and the concierge area itself presented to standard, and give tours of the building and end-of-trip
- You'll support building events, activations and promotions, keep the tenant portal current, and work with the on-site retailers and cafés so tenants know what's on

About You

You bring:

- Front-of-house experience in a premium environment. Hotel concierge or premium hospitality experience is highly regarded
- A genuine passion for customer service, and the warmth to build real relationships with the people who work in the building
- Energy and initiative: you spot what needs doing and get to it before anyone asks
- Confidence and discretion with high-profile tenants, their guests and busy professionals
- Composure with a large, varied tenant mix and steady visitor volume through the lobby
- A high standard of personal presentation
- Intermediate MS Office, enough comfort with AV, Wi-Fi and office equipment to sort out the small problems yourself, and confidence keeping content current on a tenant portal or building app
- Full-time availability across the working week, on a rostered shift
- First aid and emergency warden accreditation, or willingness to be trained. We provide the training
