JAX Tyres & Auto Burleigh is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salesperson to join our friendly team. Whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, administration, or another customer-focused role, we'll give you the training and support you need to succeed.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the automotive industry while developing valuable customer service, administration, and sales skills.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play an important role in creating a positive experience from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, skilled service
- Booking vehicles in for tyres, servicing, and mechanical repairs
- Preparing job cards and maintaining accurate customer records
- Processing invoices and customer payments
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Keeping customers updated throughout the service process
- Supporting the workshop team with daily administration
- Learning about our products and services so you can confidently assist customers
- Helping maintain a clean, organised, and efficient front office
What We're Looking For
You don't need automotive experience—we're more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn.
You'll have:
- A positive, friendly, and skilled approach
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- A reliable work ethic and can-do attitude
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (preferred)
- Availability to work Saturdays
