About the Role

As a Client Account Manager, you will manage relocation assignments from commencement through to completion while building strong relationships with clients and transferees.

You'll become a trusted advisor to relocating employees and their families, ensuring every relocation is delivered seamlessly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Relocation Management

- Manage a portfolio of corporate relocation assignments

- Respond promptly to incoming relocation enquiries from clients

- Coordinate relocation services from start to finish, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with client requirements.

- Prepare, review, and manage relocation documentation, including itineraries and booking confirmations.

- Guide and support relocating employees throughout their journey

- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date,



and stored appropriately in digital systems, always maintaining confidentiality and data security.

- Raise accurate invoices for services provided, process supplier invoices, and ensure timely payment.

- Liaise with third-party suppliers and vendors to coordinate services, being a first point of escalation for issues, and ensure service delivery meets expectations.

- Develop positive working relationships with suppliers and service providers including accommodation, removals, travel and related services.

- Show reasonable flexibility to handle any ad hoc, out of hours actions in fulfilment of client requirements.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, through a regular client contact program

- Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen accounts

- Schedule and participate in client review meetings

- Maintain client records in Hubspot

- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries

- Produce reports and data analysis related to relocation activities (both regular and ad hoc) as required, ensuring regular reports are delivered on time.

Business Improvement & Projects

- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by the Corporate Solutions & Growth Manager

- Be readily available to collaborate with colleagues across the business to support timely and operational excellence and deliver seamless service delivery





- Provide coverage for team members during absences or peak periods, as directed by the Corporate Solutions & Growth Manager

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and building long-term relationships.

We'd love to hear from candidates who have:

- Previous experience in account management, customer success, client services, relocation, travel, hospitality, mobility, or a similar client-focused environment

- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- A strong customer service mindset

- Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team and understand the importance of collaboration in delivering exceptional client outcomes.

- Willing to step in and support teammates when priorities shift or additional assistance is required

- Communicate openly and effectively, sharing information and ideas to help the broader team succeed

- Excellent organisation and time management abilities

- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- High attention to detail

- Sound financial and commercial awareness

- Strong Microsoft Office and technology skills

- A collaborative and team-focused approach to work

Experience in corporate relocation or global mobility is highly regarded but not essential.
