Shake Things Up With Us

- Brings creativity, care, and a sense of fun to every shift

- Has solid knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology (and loves keeping up with the latest trends)

- Thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled setting (yes, there are QR codes—but also real, human service)

- Knows how to read the room—whether it’s a quiet solo guest or a buzzing Friday crowd

- Leads with empathy, energy, and inclusion

What You’ll Do

- Mix drinks that are as memorable as the moment—with great technique, quality ingredients, and your own flair





- Own your bar station and support other areas like Talk Shop or Grab & Go when needed

- Stay in sync with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service

- Upsell naturally and share the stories behind our menu—championing local favourites and guest faves

- Keep the space clean, stocked, and inviting—always on-brand and ready for anything

- Support pre-opening activities like OS&E; setup, team training, and shaping our drink menus

- Embrace our guest-led, host-supported service model—balancing autonomy with attentive care

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience behind a bar or in a fast-paced hospitality environment

- Passion for great drinks and great people

- Solid knowledge of RSA laws and a current RSA certificate

- Confidence using POS and tech tools, and a willingness to help guests navigate them too

- Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster

- A proactive, inclusive, and curious attitude—we love personality here
