Our Client
Our client is a prominent organisation in the performing arts industry. They work closely with producers, music promoters, theatres and arenas as well as festivals and service providers.
The Role
Our client is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, friendly, lawyer with legal knowledge of the Australian Workplace Relations environment.
The role requires demonstrated experience in:
- Employment and workplace relations and/or industrial relations, or a similar field
- Interpreting and providing advice in respect of relevant state and federal employment and industrial relations legislation, modern awards and contracts
- Developing and maintaining effective, professional internal and external working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Working co-operatively in a small team environment with tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will hold a legal qualification and have 2-5+ years’ experience in a similar employment advisory role. Previous experience providing workplace relations advice is essential.
Full PD is available on request to suitable candidates.
