They are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their collaborative team.

The Role
As a Property Manager, you'll play an integral role in maintaining and growing strong client relationships while delivering a high level of service across your portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance
- Resolving tenancy issues and customer enquiries
- Ensuring compliance with current Queensland legislation
- Working closely with administration and support teams
- Monitoring portfolio performance and service delivery
- Providing regular updates and reporting to management
- Participating in ongoing training and career development
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys property management and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
You'll have:
- Previous Property Management experience
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Strong working knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
