Duties
In this role, you will:

- Advise on complex family law matters including parenting, property, child support, and financial agreements
- Oversee a diverse caseload involving divorce, de facto and same-sex relationships, spousal maintenance, children’s issues incl. Hague convention
- Advise private clients on taxation and estate planning as it relates to family law
- Engage in settlement negotiations, mediations, and litigation as required
- Draft high-quality legal documentation and provide strategic advice to clients
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients and key external stakeholders

Skills & experience
The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 4+ years’ PAE in family law




- Experience handling a wide range of matters independently, including property and parenting disputes
- Strong technical, drafting, and client advisory skills
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational abilities
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- A proactive, qualified, and client-focused approach
