Crown Sydney offers two infinity pools, outdoor spaces, tennis court and a yoga terrace. The pools are Sydney’s most popular summer destination – which see approximately 600 visitors per day, using over 1,000 towels. The Recreation Attendant ensures the smooth operations of the food & beverage service for our guests and residents - graciously hosting and offering them the ultimate pool-side experiences.

Some of the key responsibilities will involve:

Greeting and welcoming guests to the Crown Sydney Pool area and cabanas

Supporting with guest and resident experience across all recreation areas

Taking guest orders and serving food and beverages across both upper and lower recreation areas

Offering towels, sunscreen and other amenities to guests as required

Providing information on the Crown Spa facilities, services and offerings across the property

Maintaining a safe, clean and well-presented workplace for guests and other team members





What we’re looking for / ideal experience:

People that are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service moments

Experience in a hosting or F&B; service related or guest-facing role

Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment

A current RSA or ability to obtain one prior to commencement

A level of comfort working in the sun and summer weather conditions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to multi-task

Strong attentiveness and ability to anticipate the needs and desires of our guests

Availability:

Candidates must be available to work shifts between 7 am and 9 pm. They must also be able to commit to a 6-month contract.

Part time - must be available 4 days p/w (min. 16 hours and max.36 hours per week)

Casual – flexible across a 7 day week
