Our client is a well-established international freight forwarding business with a collaborative team environment and a strong commitment to developing their people. They are looking for an enthusiastic Export Sea Operations Coordinator to join their Sydney CBD office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has gained some exposure to sea freight operations and is looking to further develop their career with a business that offers ongoing training, hybrid work arrangements after probation and an annual performance bonus.

The Opportunity

Working alongside an experienced export team, you'll gain exposure to the end-to-end export process while supporting the coordination of international sea freight shipments.

Your day may include:

- Assisting with export bookings and shipment coordination
- Liaising with shipping lines, transport providers and customers
- Monitoring shipment milestones and container movements
- Supporting export documentation and operational processes
- Assisting with Bills of Lading, pre-alerts and customer communication
- Updating shipment information within CargoWise and internal systems
- Working closely with the wider operations team to ensure shipments move efficiently




- Building your knowledge of international sea freight operations

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has exposure to sea freight operations or international freight forwarding
- Is eager to build a long-term career within the industry
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Has excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Takes pride in providing a high level of customer service
- Is a team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Experience using CargoWise will be highly regarded but is not essential.
