We're looking for an Employment Mentor to join our South Brisbane team. This is an ideal prospect for university/TAFE students or recent graduates looking to build practical experience in human services while earning an income.

If you're studying Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Community Services, Disability, Occupational Therapy, Counselling, Criminology or a related discipline, this role will give you valuable hands-on experience working directly with people, employers and the community.

Locations:
Yeronga and Ellen Grove

Full time and Part Time roles available

Hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm

What you'll do

Every day is different, but you'll:

- Support people living with disability to achieve their employment goals.
- Coach participants to build confidence, job readiness and independence.
- Work closely with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support to participants once they've started work.
- Celebrate the real impact you're making in people's lives.

This role is perfect if you are:





- Studying or recently graduated in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Community Services, Disability, Occupational Therapy, Counselling, Criminology or a related field.
- Looking for meaningful paid experience that complements your studies.
- Passionate about helping people achieve their goals.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Organised, motivated and eager to learn.

No Employment Services experience? No problem.
We'll provide comprehensive mentoring and ongoing support to help you succeed.
