MINPROVISE has an opportunity for an Intermediate / Advanced Rigger / Trade Assistant to join our Remediation and Corrosion Control team.
This is a full-time FIFO position on an 8:6 dayshift roster, working on a long-term maintenance project with a Tier 1 client in Western Australia.
About the opportunity
You will be working on a Maintenance Structural Integrity Project, focused on maintaining site assets to meet strict safety standards and operational requirements.
This role works within a small, safety-focused team, where solid communication and teamwork are essential. Alongside rigging duties, you will also support Trade Assistant tasks, assisting trades onsite as required.
This is a long-term opportunity offering stability and exposure to industry best practices with a Tier 1 client.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform intermediate/advanced rigging on fixed plant equipment
- Conduct manual rigging operations (e.g. beam transfers using chain blocks and lever hoists)
- Support trades onsite with Trade Assistant duties
- Maintain a strong safety focus and follow site procedures
- Work effectively within a small team environment
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Intermediate or Advanced Rigging Ticket (HRWL) – essential
- Experience in fixed plant maintenance / manual rigging operations
- Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- Confined Space & Gas Testing (within 2 years)
- HRWL tickets: EWP & Forklift (LF)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Valid Australian working rights
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Willingness to support TA duties as required
