The Role:

- You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the venue from the staff, front and back of house and the bottom line. Experience in a busy venue with multiple bars and restaurant quality food and service is essential.

Ideal Skills we seek include

- Multiple years experience in a similar role at a high volume venue setting
- Strong compliance experience and understanding is key
- Experience in a multi faceted environments with multiple offerings
- Drive and ability in a leadership position and as a solid mentor to the team




- Excellent food and beverage knowledge
- Solid understanding of licensing and compliance is a must for this busy renowned venue.
- Highly skilled in building relations with community groups and the customer base
- Have fantastic abilities in developing and building structure and driving teams in service standards
- Ideally experience with expanding groups and building systems that can be replicated for recent openings.
- Good understanding of financials, KPI's, budgets etc...
