Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our team at our Deanside centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced Centre Manager, supporting the day to day operations of a well established service while helping to create exceptional learning outcomes for children, families, and educators.

Our Deanside centre is a welcoming, purpose built early learning service with modern learning environments, strong community connections, and a supportive leadership team. We are committed to delivering exceptional early childhood education while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high performing team culture.

The Opportunity Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will support the leadership and daily operations of the service while inspiring and guiding educators to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager with the day to day operations and leadership of the service
• Mentor and motivate educators to deliver high quality educational programs
• Build robust relationships with children, families, and the local community
• Support compliance with the National Quality Framework,



Education and Care Services Regulations, and company policies
• Assist with enrolments, occupancy, rostering, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaged team culture
• Support the Centre Manager in achieving quality, financial, and operational goals
About You You are organised, approachable, and passionate about early childhood education, with:
• ACECQA approved Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• Previous experience as an Assistant Centre Manager, Educational Leader, Lead Educator, or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and Education and Care Regulations
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Confidence leading teams and managing multiple priorities
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
• Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check
• Experience using XAP or similar childcare management software is desirable
