The Role:

Axis Site Manager will play key roles in supporting our business delivery to our clients & stakeholders. We are currently seeking experienced and qualified Sanitary & Mechanical site managers to join our ever expanding team.

Ideal candidate must have experience in the following:

- Planning and actively assessing workloads and staffing level

- Must be able to multitask and stay positive while troubleshooting in stressful situations, while leading a team of people during installations, should be personable, open-minded, and energetic.





- Excellent communication and relationship management skills including well-developed interpersonal skills and emotional awareness to enable you to liaise with stakeholders of all levels.

- Developing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Providing leadership, direction & management to site teams on various projects.

- Responsibility over the overall management of the plumbing installation on projects.

- Overseeing all obligations and responsibilities on plumbing projects, meet and strive to exceed project specific commercial, contractual, and quality requirements.

- Providing technical advice to your team and the business.
