The Role

This role suits reliable forklift operators who are confident working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.

Key Duties

• Operate counterbalance and high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently (high reach experience advantageous)

• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time

• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets safely

• Use WMS and RF scanners to record stock movements

• Perform stock replenishment and location transfers

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse

• Work collaboratively with warehouse, transport, and logistics teams

• Report damages, discrepancies,



or safety concerns promptly

• Adhere to company policies, WHS regulations, and PPE requirements at all times

About You

You’re a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in doing things right the first time. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you’re the type of person who spots when something’s not quite right, and takes action to fix it.

You’ll bring:

- Good physical fitness and the ability to be on your feet

- A commitment to safety and following procedures

Forklift license essential.
