ABOUT THE ROLE
Tidda Workforce is currently seeking Skilled Precast Labourers for an ASAP start with a busy and well‑established precast manufacturing operation in Redhead, NSW.
This role offers consistent full‑time hours, competitive casual rates, and the opportunity to secure ongoing work with a high‑performing team.

? Role: Skilled Precast Worker
? Employment Type: Casual (Full‑Time Hours)
⏰ Hours: Monday - Friday | 6:30am Start | 8-10 Hour Shifts
? Overtime: Occasional Saturday work available
? Pay Rate: $39.11 per hour casual + penalty rates
? Start: ASAP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up and stripping precast moulds
- Reading and interpreting basic drawings and plans
- Formwork and reinforcement work
- Basic concreting and finishing
- General precast yard duties
- Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
ABOUT YOU
You're a hands‑on precast worker who takes pride in your work and can hit the ground running in a fast‑paced production workplace.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
✅ Minimum 12 months precast labouring or concrete labouring experience
✅ Experience assisting with formwork and concrete works
✅ White Card (Construction Induction)
✅ Reliable transport and punctual work habits
✅ Ability to pass pre‑employment medical and Drug & Alcohol testing
✅ Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
